Polishing Up

Introduction

One last pointer on your HR answers which could make all of the difference is polishing up. If you've done all of the previous steps, the content of your answers should present the best version of yourself. Now, try to say these answers out loud to someone, or maybe record yourself answering and listen to it. All of this allows you to hear yourself out loud. You might want to change the choice and ordering of words. You might want to just practise telling some stories to reduce the stuttering and stammering. Once you have polished up your telling of some important stories, you are in a position to impress during the interview.
